This role sits at the intersection of people leadership, project execution, and client engagement, with responsibility for guiding an established team and strengthening delivery across public infrastructure and utility-focused work.You'll inherit a functioning office with an experienced staff of approximately 8-10 professionals and play a key role in elevating performance, developing future leaders, and expanding long-term client partnerships throughout Central Texas.What You'll Be Responsible ForProviding day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for a regional officeManaging and mentoring engineers, project managers, and field staffActing as the primary point of contact for select key clients and high-visibility projectsSupporting business development efforts, including proposals and client strategy, alongside executive leadershipMaintaining technical quality, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance across projectsWhat We're Looking For Professional Engineer license, or the ability to obtain licensure in Texas within 12 months10+ years of experience in civil engineering, utilities, or public infrastructureDemonstrated experience leading teams across multiple disciplines or service linesStrong leadership presence with a focus on coaching, accountability, and process improvementBackground in transportation, utility coordination, or water/wastewater projects preferredCompensation & GrowthThis position offers a competitive base salary with flexibility based on experience and leadership background, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
