Use computers and monitoring equipment to measure, record and make adjustments within operating parameters. Provide engineering services for troubleshooting, maintenance, design, and configuration management of existing power plants. Will be conducting analysis on the plant performance efficiency, and strategy updates, supporting model development to assist in evaluation of operational performance. Compiles and prepares reports. Conducts special financial and business-related studies which may include the development of ad hoc and custom reporting involving the determination of metrics and identifying and integrating data sources.\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\nMakes decisions regarding own work within defined parameters.\n\nRegularly contributes useful ideas for own work area.\n\nWorks on problems of limited scope.\n\nFollows standard practices and procedures.\n\nGeneral instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments.\n\nMay coordinate efforts of others\n\nBasic communication – delivers information to individuals within defined parameters.\n\nJob Requirements\n\nBachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent, Mechanical Engineering preferred.\n\nMinimum of 5+ years’ experience with a concentration on rotating equipment.\n\nDeveloping use and/or application of basic principles, theories and concepts.\n\nPrevious experience working in team an environment using analytical skill set to provide recommendations around business challenges.\n\nPrevious experience evaluating performance using model-building techniques.\n\nPrevious work experience in an Internship or other entry level work experience is preferred.\n\nStrong communication skills, verbal, written and presentation skills.\n\nProficiency in MS Office to include MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.\n\nSalary Information\nSalary Range: $109,779.21 - $139,968.50\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nEqual Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities.
