Commercial Lines Client Manager (Remote - Florida)Location: Remote (Florida Residents Only)Compensation: Up to $90,000 annually, based on experienceWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Client Manager to join our growing insurance team. This fully remote position is responsible for managing and servicing a book of commercial insurance clients, with a strong focus on real estate accounts, including property owners, apartment complexes, HOAs, property management firms, and related risks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and experienced in handling renewals, policy servicing, and carrier relationships.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients with an emphasis on real estate-related accounts.Serve as the primary point of contact for client service needs, policy changes, coverage questions, and renewals.Prepare and process endorsements, certificates of insurance, applications, and policy documentation.Review policies for accuracy and coverage adequacy.Market accounts and obtain quotes from carriers as needed.Coordinate renewal strategy and proactively communicate with clients regarding coverage recommendations.Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, underwriters, and clients.Ensure compliance with agency procedures and industry regulations.Assist producers with account management and retention efforts.QualificationsActive Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty License required.3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management or Client Management experience.Direct experience servicing real estate accounts required, including habitational, property management, HOA/condo associations, and commercial property risks.Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages, policy forms, and carrier markets.Experience with agency management systems and carrier platforms.BenefitsCompetitive salary up to $90,000Fully remote work environmentHealth, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and holidays401(k) with company matchProfessional development and continuing education opportunities
