The successful candidate will play an integral role to a team of professionals who maintain and increase occupancy, increase revenue, and decrease operational expenses through the superior delivery of managerial skills, risk management, financial responsibility, policy compliance, and the optimum performance of the property in such areas as personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, and capital improvements.\n Qualifications and Required Experience:\nMinimum of three years of experience in multi-family management.\nExperience leading and managing on-site team members in achieving professional goals.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills will be required in order to communicate with vendors, residents, management, co-workers, and all other persons associated directly or indirectly.\nProficiency in current Microsoft Office Suit applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the capability to master Property Management specific software.\n Duties and Responsibilities:\nThe Property Manager is responsible for all operational aspects of the community and for meeting company goals in those areas. Results are achieved by facilitating the optimum performance of the property in areas such as personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
