Molding Process Engineer

The role is execution‑focused and provides hands‑on engineering and project coordination support to ensure safe, timely, and sustainable implementation without disruption to manufacturing supply.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Plastics, Chemical, or related field).Experience in manufacturing, molding, process engineering, or project engineering roles.Working knowledge of injection molding processes and manufacturing equipment.Familiarity with validation principles and regulated manufacturing environments.Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities.Preferred Qualifications5 years of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.Experience supporting material or resin changes in injection molding.Experience within medical device manufacturing or other regulated industries.
