Caregivers assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), companionship, mobility support, and light household tasks to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.If you are dependable, caring, and passionate about senior care, we would love for you to join the HomeWell team.ResponsibilitiesAssistance with ADLs including bathing, grooming, and dressingMedication remindersMeal preparationAssist with mobility, including lifting and transferring individualsCompanionship and emotional supportPerform light housekeeping tasksCaregiver Qualifications:1+ year caregiving or home care experience preferredExperience assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toiletingExperience with bedbound care, dementia care, and hospice care preferredAbility to assist with transfers, mobility support, and gait belt useExperience with manual patient handling and repositioningAbility to provide companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeepingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, reliable, and patient when working with seniors and clients with cognitive or developmental conditionsRequirements:Valid, active Driver's LicenseReliable transportation and auto insuranceLocation Requirement: Ability to commute or relocate within the St. Louis area (Fenton) before starting work.Work Location: In person This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
