automotive engineering programs and identify innovative cost, weight, complexity, and value optimization opportunities across vehicle systems.\nYour Mission:\n\nYou will collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, CAE, and suppliers to develop solutions that improve vehicle value while maintaining\n\nperformance, safety, quality, durability, manufacturability, and customer expectations\n\n.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead\n\nValue Analysis / Value Engineering (VA/VE)\n\nactivities.\nIdentify and develop\n\ncost, weight, complexity, and commonization opportunities\n\n.\nBenchmark vehicle designs, components, materials, and manufacturing processes.\nDevelop technical and financial\n\nbusiness cases\n\nfor optimization opportunities.\nSupport teardown analysis, should-cost studies, and design-to-value initiatives.\nEvaluate proposed changes for performance, safety, durability, NVH, manufacturability, and warranty impact.\nCoordinate opportunities from concept through validation, engineering release, and implementation.\nPresent recommendations, technical trade-offs, and business cases to program leadership.\nAreas of Automotive Experience:\n\nCandidates should have experience in\n\none or more\n\nof the following areas:\nBody / Trim Engineering\n\n– experience with fascias, trim, and related components.\nChassis Brakes & Steering Engineering\n\n– experience with the design and/or development of brake and steering systems.\nChassis Wheels & Tires Engineering\n\n– experience with overall system functional design.\nInterior Door Modules, Hard Trim & Safety Components Engineering\n\n– experience with aesthetic components and safety-related dependencies.\nInterior Cockpit, Soft Trim & Consoles
