As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for various projects, analyzing project specifications, and collaborating with clients, contractors, and internal teams. You will develop detailed budgets, prepare bids, evaluate project risks, and ensure compliance with relevant standards. Additionally, the role involves effectively communicating project details to team members and stakeholders to align expectations. Qualifications Proficiency in project estimation, cost analysis, and proposal preparationStrong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in data evaluationExcellent communication, organizational, and presentation abilitiesFamiliarity with construction and paving industry standards and best practicesProficiency in estimation software tools and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external clientsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)Relevant prior experience in estimation or project management is highly desirable
