Works with vendors to resolve product quality issues\nAssists the management team regarding dispositions of suspect / non-conforming product\nRecommends improvements to quality functions and processes\nValidates and signs off on process changes affecting product quality\nMaintain all quality related documentation including PFMEA, Control Plan, Work Instructions, etc.\nParticipates on new product development teams as a Quality representative\nResponsible for ensuring that product meets drawing specifications and customer expectations\nEnsures customer requirements are known, communicated, and met\nProficient in Cost of Quality metrics, analysis, etc.\nWork with Plant Manager and Quality Manager to provide customer showroom appearance at all times\nResponsible for managing and completing annual PPAP’s\nOther duties as required\nRequirements:\nQualifications\n\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
