Operators will perform detailed manufacturing activities requiring precision, strong hand-eye coordination, and consistent adherence to established quality and production procedures.\r\nThe ideal candidate has hands-on manufacturing experience, is comfortable performing detailed work under a microscope, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality products.Key Responsibilities\r\nPerform hands-on medical device manufacturing, production, and assembly activities.\r\nUse microscopes to complete detailed manufacturing, assembly, and inspection tasks.\r\nHandle and manipulate small components using appropriate hand tools.\r\nFollow established manufacturing procedures, work instructions, safety requirements, and quality standards.\r\nRead, understand, and accurately interpret manufacturing documentation.\r\nInspect products and components to ensure they meet established quality requirements.\r\nPerform basic production-related calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.\r\nMaintain accuracy and attention to detail while performing repetitive manufacturing tasks.\r\nCommunicate effectively with supervisors, trainers, and production team members.\r\nParticipate in required training and consistently apply learned procedures on the manufacturing floor.\r\nMaintain a clean, safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment.\r\nSupport additional production responsibilities based on operator level and business needs.Qualifications\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nMinimum6 months of hands-on manufacturing experience.\r\nComfortable performing detailed work using a microscope.\r\nAbility to follow manufacturing policies, procedures, and work instructions.\r\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\r\nGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.\r\nAbility to handle small components and use hand tools.\r\nAbility to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.\r\nAbility to maintain dependable and consistent attendance.\r\nMust successfully complete requiredvision and color-vision testing.Preferred Experience\r\nMedical device manufacturing experience is highly desirable but not required.\r\nPrecision assembly or inspection experience.\r\nPrevious microscope experience.\r\nExperience working with small components and hand tools.\r\nExperience in a regulated or quality-controlled manufacturing environment.\r\nStable manufacturing or production employment history.Operator level (I, II, or III), shift assignment, and pay rate will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience, skills, and position availability.Physical Requirements\r\nCandidates must be able to:\r\nSit, stand, and/or walk for up to 10 hours during the workday.\r\nPerform detailed and repetitive work using microscopes and small hand tools.\r\nDemonstrate close and distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.\r\nOccasionally crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, and pull.\r\nLift and carry items weighing less than 50 pounds.\r\nMaintain accuracy and concentration throughout repetitive production activities.Work Environment\r\nThis is a 100% onsite medical device manufacturing opportunity where quality, precision, reliability, and adherence to established procedures are essential.\r\nCandidates should be comfortable working with microscopes, small components, and hand tools for extended periods.
