We strive to be above industry standards in everything we do.Location:Wexford Village at Devonshire Apartments98 Devonshire DriveScott Depot, WV 25560Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pmResponsibilities: Painting both interior and exterior applications Drywall repair Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy Cleaning of public access and interior areas Upkeep with property tidiness and curb appeal Other duties and special projects as assignedRequirements: High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years' experience in painting and drywall experience Valid Driver's License and reliable transportationBenefits and Compensation: Competitive pay ($20-$25 hourly!)
