This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion. The EA will interface regularly with board members, regulators, investors, fintech partners, and senior leaders on behalf of the CEO, and must represent the office of the CEO professionally in all interactions.\nWhat you’ll do\nManage and maintain executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.\nPrepare and organize meeting materials, presentations, and reports.\nHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.\nPrepare expense reports and process invoices.\nProvide general administrative support to the executive team.\nCoordinate board meeting logistics, including scheduling, material preparation, and distribution of board packages.\nServe as a point of contact for board members, investors, regulators, and fintech partners, managing correspondence and scheduling on the CEO’s behalf.\nManage and triage high-volume executive correspondence, prioritizing and routing communications appropriately.\nAssist in the planning and execution of special projects as assigned by the executive team.\nConduct research, gather data, and prepare reports on project-related topics.\nCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.\nTrack project progress and provide regular updates to the executive team.\nManage project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.\nPerform additional responsibilities as assigned by the CEO or business needs.\nQualifications\n4–6 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a financial services, banking, or fintech environment.\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion.\nProven experience in project management and coordination.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft correspondence and materials on behalf of senior leadership.\nMust be detail oriented and have a high level of ownership and accuracy.\nAbility to work independently and with a team.\nBachelor’s degree required.\nProficient in Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.\nEmployee must be able to perform essential functions of the position and, if requested, Thread Bank will make reasonable accommodations to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their job, absent undue hardship, in accordance with the ADA.\nThread Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
