Experience in development life cycle is preferred.\nSenior-level, hands-on experience building and shipping React Native applications in production environments.\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.\nSolid understanding of mobile application architecture, development lifecycle, testing, release management, and production support.\nExperience working closely with native iOS and Android teams in shared mobile environments.\nDemonstrated ability to independently own features and deliver with minimal direction.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.\nMust be based in the U.S. and able to work onshore in a time zone that overlaps with the core team.\nExperience shipping hybrid native/React Native applications strongly preferred.\nExperience converting native iOS or Android features into React Native solutions preferred.\nTelecom industry experience is a plus.\nFamiliarity with reading and implementing from Figma designs is a plus.\n\nThe base salary for this position is $92,250 to $118000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
