We are searching for an Accounts Receivables/Billing Specialist to join our team at Vantage Elevation. Requirements3+ years Collections or similar level of accounting education & experience. Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and general accounting systems. Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Works well with others and able to follow instructionsDuties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure prompt payment of assigned accounts through telephone, email and written communication Maintain accurate records of interaction or attempted interaction with customers Research and analyze billing/AR issues by interfacing with various departments within GAL Assists in the development of payment tactics and strategies for assigned accounts Establish extended payment plans when required Prepare reports highlighting anticipated write offs/income Recommend further action when all in-house collection options have been exhausted Resolve disputed items through research of all available information and communicate outcome.
