Responsibilities may be modified or added based on operational needs and business priorities.\r\nQualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.\r\nEquivalent construction and project management experience may be substituted.Experience:\r\n5–8 years of progressive construction, utilities, or civil project management and estimating experience required.\r\nDemonstrated experience estimating and managing dry utility work, specifically gas, electrical, and telecom infrastructure, is required.\r\nExperience estimating or managing underground wet utilities (sewer, storm drain, water) or civil infrastructure projects is strongly preferred.Licenses/Certifications (if applicable):\r\nOSHA 30 preferred.\r\nValid California driver's license required.\r\nSkills: Strong knowledge of construction project management processes and job cost control.\r\nStrong understanding of plans, specifications, and contract documents.\r\nStrong budgeting, forecasting, and schedule management skills.\r\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\r\nStrong organizational and time-management abilities.\r\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.\r\nProficiency with estimating and project management software, specifically Bid to Win (B2W), Coins, Bluebeam, and PlanSwift, as well as Microsoft Excel.\r\nStrong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities.\r\nAbility to work independently and as part of a cross-functional project team.\r\nAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive project and company information.\r\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment Physical Requirements: This position is primarily sedentary to light work in nature. The employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods, use hands and fingers to\r\noperate a computer keyboard, telephone, and office equipment, and occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach. The employee may occasionally lift or move office materials such as\r\nfiles, binders, laptops, or boxes of supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.\r\nWork Environment: Work is typically performed in a professional office environment, with occasional visits to field or construction sites as required.
