Dishwasher/Food Prep

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to support our busy kitchen operations. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support culinary staff. Support bussing duties by clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Help with basic catering and banquet setup, including arranging serving stations and replenishing supplies. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas through regular cleaning routines. Assist with general kitchen organization and inventory management as needed. Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen safety protocols is advantageous. Experience with banquet service or large-scale catering is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning procedures within a culinary setting is beneficial.
