Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead React Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React and modern front-end technologies, combined with strong leadership capabilities to mentor teams and define technical direction.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & DevelopmentLead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of modern web applications built with ReactArchitect and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performing front-end solutionsDefine and present low-level design (LLD) and technical approaches before developmentEnsure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and reusable component designBuild responsive, dynamic, and user-friendly UI/UX across devices and browsersDrive performance optimization, including CDN usage, lazy loading, and efficient renderingCollaboration & DeliveryCollaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver business requirementsParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and executionIntegrate front-end systems with APIs, third-party libraries, and headless CMS platformsEnsure high-quality code through unit tests, integration tests, and peer reviewsQuality Engineering & DevOpsImplement and maintain automated testing frameworks using Jest and React Testing LibraryContribute to and optimize CI/CD pipelinesMonitor and debug applications using tools like Sentry, LogRocket, or similarEnsure application stability, performance, and observabilityMentorship & LeadershipMentor and guide junior and mid-level developersPromote best practices in front-end architecture, performance, and testingDrive continuous improvement and innovation within the teamRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field10+ years of experience in front-end development6+ years of hands-on experience with React or other leading frameworks (Angular/Vue)Proven experience building enterprise-scale, scalable web applicationsStrong expertise in state management (Redux, Redux Persist)Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing LibrarySolid understanding of REST APIs, third-party integrations, and headless CMSExperience with performance monitoring, logging, and analytics toolsHands-on experience with real-time error tracking tools (Sentry, LogRocket)Strong knowledge of Git version controlIn-depth understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflowsStrong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skillsPreferred (Nice-to-Have) SkillsExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCPFamiliarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines)Exposure to full-stack development (Node.js, Express)Understanding of web accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibilityAwareness of CDN strategies and performance optimizationBasic knowledge of mobile/native development (Swift, Java)Key CompetenciesTechnical leadership and decision-makingStrong communication and stakeholder managementOwnership and accountabilityAbility to work in fast-paced Agile environmentsMentorship and team development mindset
