The primary responsibility of this position is to support our efforts to inspire legendary experiences between friends by supporting restaurant operations and our fellow team members by providing a safe and clean environment.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nOPERATIONS\nCleaning and sanitizing following detailed cleaning checklists for all departments in the sports bar including restrooms\nFollowing and completing cleaning check lists including times when high touch point checklists are required (please review checklists for further clarity as they vary by season as well as by sports bar location)\nComplying with sanitation regulations and safety standards.\nKeeps stations and areas neat and clean by using the clean as you go method.\nSweeps, wet mops and/or brushes floors, as needed or directed by manager.\nWipes down chairs, barstools and tables as directed by management.\nOther duties as assigned.\nTEAM\nPromotes excellence, cooperation and teamwork within the company.\nSupports and assists team members.\nPre-bus and bus tables.\nRestock server stations.\nRun food to tables.\nSupports servers and bartenders as needed including assisting with glassware cleaning and restocking.\nSKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:\nGuest service mentality; has a genuine desire to serve the customer.\nSpeaks, reads, writes and understands the primary language of the work location.\nAble to read and follow written instructions.\nSelf starter who is energetic and flexible.\nPrioritizes responsibilities and achieves results through multi tasking\nForms strong working relationships within team.\nIdentifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others.\nFollows direction with focused attention.\nMust be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 4 hours in length.\nPhysical Requirements\nNP Not Present\nO Occasional (Up to 25% of time)\nF Frequent (26%-74% of time)\nC Constant (75% or more of time)\nRequirements\nStanding/Walking: Remaining on ones feet in an upright position at a workstation or moving about in a work area.
