This individual will play a key role in drafting, designing, coordinating, and supporting architectural projects from planning through execution.\r\nThe ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong in both REVIT and AutoCAD, and comfortable managing aspects of projects independently while collaborating with internal teams, consultants, and clients.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nDraft and design architectural plans using REVIT and AutoCAD\r\nDevelop construction documents, layouts, elevations, and technical drawings\r\nCoordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders\r\nAssist with project planning, scheduling, and overall project management activities\r\nReview drawings and specifications for accuracy and code compliance\r\nParticipate in client meetings and project discussions as needed\r\nSupport projects through permitting, revisions, and construction administration phases\r\nSkills & Qualifications\r\nMinimum 5 years of experience as a Registered Architect\r\nActive architectural registration/license in at least one U.S. state\r\nStrong proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD\r\nAbility to independently draft and produce project documents\r\nPrior project management or project coordination experience\r\nStrong understanding of construction documents, permitting, and building codes\r\nExcellent communication and organizational skills\r\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously\r\nPreferred Experience\r\nCommercial, multifamily, healthcare, or mixed-use project experience\r\nExperience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams\r\nKnowledge of BIM workflows and construction administration processes\r\nCompany Description\r\nNova Group, Inc. is a small architecture firm employing 6 people currently.
