validating accuracy, completeness, consistency, and conformance to business rules.\r\nCommunicate complex data engineering concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\r\nEnable stakeholders by ensuring data solutions meet business needs and provide actionable insights.\r\nProvide leadership, coaching, and direction to team members while fostering cross-functional collaboration.\r\nAnalyze emerging technologies and assess impact on data architecture and engineering practices.\r\nServe as a role model for change adoption and continuous improvement.\r\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\r\nRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.\r\n7+ years of experience in data management disciplines (data integration, modeling, optimization, data quality, etc.).\r\n7+ years of experience with database programming languages and advanced analytics.\r\nDemonstrated experience building and optimizing data pipelines and data integration frameworks.\r\nStrong ability to lead teams, mentor technical talent, and coordinate cross-functional efforts.\r\nAbility to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.\r\nPreferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.\r\nExperience with AWS data engineering tools such as Glue, Lambda, Athena, etc.\r\nExperience with BI and data visualization tools.\r\nExperience with both open-source and commercial data science platforms.\r\nExperience with Agile methodologies.\r\nStrong knowledge of modern data management architectures and processes.\r\nExpertise in building, managing, and optimizing large-scale data pipelines.\r\nExperience with DevOps capabilities such as version control, automated builds, testing, and release management.\r\nAbility to mentor junior team members and lead cross-functional teams.\r\nExperience in financial services is a plus.\r\nWillingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving
