ResponsibilitiesAbout the Team: Join the TikTok USDS (U.S. Data Security) Talent Acquisition team as a versatile Talent Acquisition Partner dedicated to powering our most critical safety infrastructure. In this role, you will be the core recruiting engine for the Trust & Safety (T&S) organization, supporting a unique dual-mandate: executing high-volume operational hiring sprints while simultaneously hunting for highly specialized, technical safety talent. You will partner closely with T&S leadership to scale out foundational operational layers (including Content Operations and Scaled Moderation) while seamlessly context-switching to execute niche, high-complexity searches across Safety Engineering, Policy & Integrity, Threat Intelligence, and Safety Data Science. Operating within a highly regulated, fast-paced environment, you will leverage talent intelligence, advanced workforce capacity planning, and rigorous data analytics to build high-velocity pipelines, influence leadership decisions, and secure top-tier talent. Responsibilities: - Dual-Track Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own and drive end-to-end recruitment across the entire spectrum of Trust & Safety, seamlessly pivoting between massive high-volume operational pipelines (e.g., Content Moderators, Safety Specialists) and highly technical, niche individual contributor seats (e.g., Safety Data Science, Anti-Abuse Engineering, Policy Directors).- High-Volume Pipeline Optimization: Design, build, and manage large-scale recruitment strategies to deliver on aggressive headcount ramps. Optimize top-of-funnel conversion ratios, streamline high-volume assessment workflows, and leverage automation to minimize time-to-fill while maintaining an exceptional quality-of-hire standard.- Technical Sourcing & S&P/T&S Alignment: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, out-of-the-box talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to engage passive, highly sought-after technical talent across product safety, fraud/risk ops, digital forensics, and content compliance.- Strategic Stakeholder Consultation: Act as a primary talent advisor to senior Trust & Safety directors and HR business partners. Provide real-time data on localized talent markets, advise on realistic capacity planning, and deliver proactive solutions to unblock complex pipelines.- Empathetic Candidate Assessment: Implement rigorous candidate screening protocols that evaluate functional aptitude and alignment with TikTok's fast-paced corporate culture. Ensure an empathetic, high-touch candidate experience, specifically managing the unique nuances and resilience testing associated with roles in the content moderation and digital safety space.- Varied Offer Architecture & Negotiation: Manage the entire offer lifecycle, navigating varied compensation structures ranging from scaled, high-volume base compensation models to highly complex, multi-layered senior technical offers involving intricate RSU/equity distributions.- Analytical Problem Solving: Deeply analyze recruiting data and funnel metrics (e.g., channel distribution, assessment drop-off rates, pass-through velocities) to proactively diagnose operational bottlenecks and recommend data-driven adjustments to hiring managers.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:- Recruitment Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience , including 1+ years of dedicated exposure supporting Trust & Safety, Content Operations, Risk/Fraud, Compliance, or Technical organizations.- Hybrid Requisition Management: Proven track record of managing a diverse portfolio of requisitions, demonstrating the ability to successfully execute high-volume, scaled hiring initiatives alongside complex, niche technical searches.- Funnel & Data Fluency: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to leverage pipeline data, diagnostic metrics, and market benchmarking to influence senior leadership and pivot recruiting strategies.- Advanced Sourcing Capabilities: Expert-level sourcing proficiency (Boolean, X-Ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM databases, and niche community platforms) to map out passive talent pools in highly constrained markets.Preferred Qualifications:- Trust & Safety Domain Expertise: Direct experience recruiting for specialized safety fields such as Threat Intelligence, Trust & Safety Engineering, Algorithm/Product Safety, Policy Development, or Digital Forensics.- Hyper-Scale/Mass-Hiring Proficiency: Experience managing rapid team buildouts or handling heavy concurrent requisition loads (30+ active reqs) within a fast-growing tech, BPO, or high-volume operational framework.- Matrix Environment Competency: Experience operating within a large, highly matrixed global organization, showcasing the ability to navigate internal complexity, establish stakeholder trust, and align cross-functional teams.- Agility & Builder Mindset: A highly adaptive, intellectually curious approach to recruitment with a demonstrated ability to create structure, pivot quickly, and thrive under the ambiguity of evolving regulatory frameworks.About USDSTikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is dedicated to the safety and security of millions of Americans who create, discover, and connect with what they love on the apps we operate. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
