Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and React/TypeScript (or comparable stacks), with modern frontend practices like state management and data-dense UIsDatabase Architecture: Solid relational database expertise (SQL Server/PostgreSQL, ORMs, query optimization). Experience designing zero-downtime schema migrations, live data backfills, and batch/streaming data pipelines (ETL/ELT)API Design & Integration: Proven ability to design, integrate, and document REST APIs. Experience connecting heterogeneous systems (third-party APIs, message queues, file drops) using resilient syncs, retries, and modern auth patterns (Azure AD, OAuth, OIDC)Quality & Performance: Strong testing discipline (unit, integration, E2E via Jest, Playwright, xUnit). Experience profiling and optimizing performance-critical tooling under heavy data volumes (memory allocations, query plans, render budgets)Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments (Docker), and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
