Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Stand Manager, located in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. The Stand Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and motivate the team, ensure outstanding customer service, and maintain a fun, high-energy environment. Responsibilities include managing workflows, coordinating scheduling, ensuring compliance with company standards, and fostering positivity and teamwork. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with team members and customers.Understanding of operational management, including scheduling, inventory, and compliance with company policies.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment while maintaining attention to detail.Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is a plus but not required.Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and lead by example.
