Early Intervention Specialist ABA Therapist Or Speech Therapist Spanish Speaking Part Time

This is a part time independent Contractor Job for either speech therapist or ABA therapist or either in school for these professions waiting for new clients with this new contract so needs to be part time contracted for the time being. Would like to in the future have full time employees with great benefits. `Duties``` Provide Play Intervention Parent Coaching - Provide one-on-one support and intervention to individuals with developmental disabilities or autism - Implement behavior management strategies and crisis intervention techniques as necessary - Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans - Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make adjustments to interventions as needed - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information ```Qualifications``` - Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities or autism - Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to accurately record vital signs - Strong understanding of crisis management techniques and ability to remain calm in high-stress situations - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members Job Type: Part-time Pay: $60.00 - $95.00 per hour Education: Bachelor's (Required) Language: Spanish (Preferred) License/Certification: BCaBA (Required) Speech-Language Pathology License (Preferred) BCBA (Preferred) Work Location: In person
