When something goes wrong in a live carrier environment including a defect, a calculation error, or an unexpected system behavior, Production Success is who gets the call.We're building out the PS Developer function: a dedicated technical track inside Production Success that brings deep software engineering expertise to the most complex production situations. This is not a support role. It's a senior technical role with a production focus — someone who can assess a live system, understand the root cause of a complex defect, design the right fix, and set the standard for how production development gets done at CalcFocus.The PS Developer function is early in its development. The patterns you establish — how defects are diagnosed, how fixes are designed and tested, how production risk is assessed — will become the methodology the team relies on.
