Operations Manager

OPERATIONS MANAGERThis position is based in Lodi, CA and serves as the highest-level operational authority within the organization. The Operations Manager oversees all departments, personnel, and operational processes to ensure the company operates efficiently, profitably, and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and client requirements.This role is accountable for overall company performance, staffing, compliance, and execution across all divisions, including Office, Warehouse, Field Operations, and the Scout Car Team.BASIC REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLSValid driver’s license and insurableAbility to pass background checkDrug-free (subject to testing)Minimum 50 WPM data entryStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven leadership and team-oriented mindsetEXECUTIVE OVERSIGHT OF OPERATIONSDirect oversight of all department managersEnsure departments are properly staffed, trained, and operating efficientlyMaintain alignment across all departments to ensure seamless operationsDELEGATION & OPERATIONAL CONTROLDelegate and entrust responsibilities to department managers as neededMaintain oversight and hold managers accountable for execution and resultsEnsure all delegated work meets company standards, policies, and performance expectationsReassign or escalate responsibilities as operational, compliance, or performance needs requireWORKFORCE & STAFFING AUTHORITYOversee hiring, training, and retention across all departmentsEnsure all personnel are properly licensed, insured, and qualifiedApprove or delegate hiring, discipline, and termination decisionsMaintain staffing levels sufficient to meet operational demandsPERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & GROWTHEstablish and monitor company-wide performance goalsTrack and evaluate performance metrics across all departmentsPartner with managers to improve efficiency and recovery ratesAddress underperformance and implement corrective actionCOMPLIANCE & RISK MANAGEMENTEnsure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and all applicable lawsOversee investigations into incidents, complaints, and compliance issuesEnsure corrective actions are implemented and documentedApprove and enforce updates to policies and proceduresMANAGEMENT AUTHORITY & RESPONSIBILITYFull authority over all operational aspects of the companyAccountable for performance, compliance, and conduct of all departments and personnelResponsible for maintaining efficient, compliant, and profitable operationsFINAL EXPECTATIONThis role requires full ownership of company operations.
