This role is hands‑on: you’ll be shipping improvements, removing friction for developers, and making the platform more reliable and secure without needing constant direction. If you like solving complex infrastructure problems, improving automation, and building clean patterns people can follow, you’ll fit in well.\r\nWhat You’ll DoBuild and evolve Kubernetes environments (today mainly AWS/EKS; Azure is on the roadmap).\r\nDesign and implement new environments (dev/stage/prod, multi‑account/multi‑subscription, multi‑region where needed).\r\nOwn day‑to‑day platform work: troubleshoot, fix broken pipelines, improve reliability, and keep things running smoothly.\r\nBuild and improve CI/CD.\r\nWork on cloud networking and access patterns: private connectivity, DNS, ingress, service‑to‑service security.\r\nHelp set standards: IaC module patterns, environment structure, naming, tagging, secrets handling.\r\nDrive cost and performance improvements (right‑sizing, scaling, observability, avoiding accidental spend).\r\nMake monitoring and debugging practical: metrics, logs, tracing, dashboards, and clear runbooks.\r\nWhat “senior” Means HereYou can work autonomously: pick up a problem, break it down, execute, and communicate progress.\r\nYou propose improvements proactively.\r\nYou balance speed and safety.\r\nYou document what matters for the team and leave things better than you found them.\r\nMust‑have ExperienceStrong Kubernetes experience in production (EKS is a plus).
