Lots of PTO!!\nJob Summary\nJoin our dynamic manufacturing team as an Inspector/Packer, where your keen eye and hands-on skills will ensure the highest quality standards are met for our products. In this vital role, you will be responsible for inspecting, packaging, and preparing items for shipment while adhering to strict safety and regulatory guidelines. Your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will help maintain efficient production flows and uphold our commitment to excellence. This position offers an energetic environment where every task contributes directly to delivering top-quality products to our customers.\nDuties\nVisually Inspects and packages production on assigned machines utilizing internal resource materials and the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure product meets quality standards and customer specifications.\nPrepares packing materials and ensures materials, labels, and finished product meets specifications.\nMaintains all job-related documents and transactions per the QMS.\nCommunicates with shift personnel to alert for quality and production related issues.\nLoads data in the production monitoring system, as applicable.\nSorts nonconforming product as directed by Shift Supervisor or Management.\nManually/semi-automatically assemble medical devices and operate assembly equipment, as applicable.\nSupports the QMS by adhering to the system requirements.\nUnderstands and follows plant safety rules. Helps to identify and eliminate any safety hazard or concern. Assists in monitoring of quality of work output.\nMaintains compliance with company policy and procedures.\nMaintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area.\nResponsible for reporting any problems or concerns to direct Supervisor.\nMaintains good working relations with all other employees.
