Learn more at concentricusa.com.\nThis position is Remote - requires up to 10% overnight travel.\nJob Summary\nOur Remote Sales Coordinator, Critical Power plays an important role in maintaining good customer relationships by acting as an extension of the field sales force. You will contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders. Collaboration with other departments is an important responsibility. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills along with the ability to deliver high standards of customer service. This position will act as a liaison between Customer Care Managers, Engineering, Accounting and Customers to ensure all orders meet Concentric standards.\nOrder Fulfillment:\nNavigate our ERP system to input orders, generate reports and manage order status.\nTranslate customer purchase orders and requests into sales orders and vendor purchases.\nCommunicate acknowledgements of order placement and expected delivery dates.\nCollaborate with our engineering department to ensure the technical specifications of each order meet customer needs.\nManage order related communications with customers (both internal and external) and vendors.\nSupport sales reps and customers with product specifications, as well as giving status updates on orders.\nMonitor system-generated reports to identify missing information and to track orders past the promised ship date.\nPartner with our accounting department to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.\nVerify vendor acknowledgements to Concentric purchase orders for price, quantities, specifications, and delivery date accuracy.\nManage shared, customer facing email inboxes to assure customer needs are met.\nShare parts ordering information with appropriate departments.\nCross-train to support other associated Supply Chain responsibilities.\nOther duties as assigned by supervisor.\nKey Performance Measurements:\nA score card that reflects team performance in areas such as efficiency, sales order proficiency, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.\nManagement observation regarding attitude, diligence, team contributions, and willingness & ability to learn new skills and information.\nOther key metrics prescribed by Concentric Motive Power leadership, resulting in positive customer and Company impact.\nRequirements:\nMinimum Associate Degree from an approved two-year college or university. Prefer 4-year degree or very strong equivalent experience.\nTwo (2) years of related experience and/or training with technical products within ERP systems.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.\nSome accounting background experience/knowledge is helpful.\nStrong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.\nAbility to organize his/her own work and work independently, with limited supervision.\nAbility to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs, and across remote offices.\nAbility to clearly articulate ideas (both written and verbal) to both internal and external customers and to listen effectively to customer needs.\nAbility to develop and maintain strong workplace relationships with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.\nAbility to work collaboratively with other departments toward the greater good of the organization.\nAbility to adapt to a fast-changing environment.\nMust have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.\nCapable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently with a sense of urgency.\nUp to 10% overnight travel expectation.\nThis job description is subject to change at any time.\n\nBenefits\nAt Concentric we believe that Our People are what make us great and help us deliver exceptional customer service!
