Hybrid in person Mandatory for 2 – 3 days Rate Range $80 to $88 hr C2C all Inc but flexibleJob description Senior SAP FICO Consultant with proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry to join our Finance Transformation team. The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Intercompany accounting, e-Invoicing, and pharma-specific Tax processes — and is comfortable translating complex regulatory and business requirements into robust SAP solutions.8+ years SAP FICO experience, with 3+ years in pharma or life sciences.Hands-on expertise in AP, AR, Intercompany, e-Invoicing, and Tax within SAP S/4HANA or ECC.Familiarity with pharma compliance: SOX, GxP, revenue recognition, and rebate/chargeback processes.SAP FICO certification and exposure to tax tools (Vertex, ONESOURCE) are a plus.Configure and support AP & AR processes — invoice processing, payment runs, collections, and cash application.Manage Intercompany billing, reconciliation, and elimination aligned with pharma transfer pricing policies.Implement and maintain e-Invoicing compliance with relevant country mandates (e.g., Peppol, CFDI, GST).Handle Tax configuration in SAP FI — VAT, GST, withholding tax, and pharma indirect tax requirements.Support S/4HANA FICO rollouts, enhancements, period-end close, and audit activitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP functional specs and test scripts.Working knowledge of e-Invoicing frameworks and SAP integration with electronic invoicing platformFamiliarity with GxP, SOX compliance, and audit trail requirements in a regulated finance environmentDroisys is an equal opportunity employer.
