This role is the overall point of contact for the work.What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):Serve as the primary point of contact for overall task coordination and information flow between the delivery team and government stakeholdersLead project initiation and planning activities, including stakeholder coordination to define needs and objectivesTranslate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plansAssign work across contractor personnel, forecast labor burn, manage schedules, and oversee daily progressIdentify, assess, and mitigate technical and project-related risksAct as the liaison between technical teams, the contracting officer's representative, and executive leadership to manage expectations and delivery visibilityHelp ensure deliverables meet requirements and quality expectationsWhat You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):Ten years of experience in program or project management, including federal information technology (IT) or cybersecurity programsAbility to quantify and communicate specific recommendations in written and verbal formatsWorking understanding of IT and cybersecurity capabilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills across multiple concurrent activitiesAttention to detail and the ability to define requirements and prepare task proposals, including budget and schedule developmentExperience with project management tools, policies, procedures, and work instructionsAbility to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and evaluate deliverables against requirementsAbility to meet federal screening and suitability requirements prior to startIdeally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):Bachelor's degree in an IT-related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certification Minimum of 10 years of experienceProposal & Employment ContextThis position is tied to a federal proposal effort. Employment is contingent upon contract award and successful completion of the customer's onboarding and security requirements. Start dates and final reporting instructions will be confirmed upon awardThis contract authorizes remote work, but personnel may be required to work on-site at the customer's facilities in Washington, DC at the customer's discretion. The primary on-site location is Washington, DC. After-hours or weekend work may be required for operational changes that would otherwise disrupt usersLocation: Hybrid / Washington, DCWork Model: Hybrid, with remote work authorized and on-site support required as directed by the customerAll personnel must complete background screening and fingerprinting before starting work. This role requires a Public Trust Tier 2 suitability determinationWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
