Senior Project Manager / Local Service Lead – Water & WastewaterDallas, TXMust have experience working with Water//Wastewater projects - all candidates outside of this market space will unfortunately not be considered.A well-established engineering consulting firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Local Service Lead to help grow and lead their Water / Wastewater practice in the Dallas market.This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys managing complex municipal infrastructure projects, developing client relationships, and helping build and mentor a strong technical team.In this role, you will play a key part in both project delivery and practice growth, working closely with leadership to expand the firm's presence in the municipal water market.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projectsServe as a primary client contact for municipalities and public agenciesSupport business development efforts, including proposals and client relationship managementManage project teams, schedules, budgets, and overall project performanceMentor and develop engineers and technical staffEnsure quality through strong QA/QC and project management practicesCollaborate with leadership to help expand the water / wastewater practice in the regionQualificationsBS in Civil EngineeringProfessional Engineer (PE) license in Texas (or ability to obtain within 6 months)10+ years of progressive engineering experienceAt least 6 years focused on water / wastewater infrastructure projectsStrong background in project management, client development, and team leadershipExperience working with municipal clients and public infrastructure programsWhy This RoleThis opportunity offers the chance to step into a leadership position within a growing practice, where you can have a direct impact on project delivery, team development, and long-term business growth in the Dallas market.
