General Laborer 1st ShiftShift: 4AM-2PMSchedule: Monday-Friday (Overtime is possible and mandatory if scheduled)Job Summary: Responsible for performing essential metal preparation and finishing tasks in a manufacturing environment, including cleaning, grinding, and deburring to ensure quality and readiness for production. Operates hand and pneumatic tools safely and effectively while following all workplace safety procedures.Key Responsibilities:Clean, grind, and prepare metal componentsDeburr machined and fabricated parts using hand tools and pneumatic (air-powered) equipment to meet quality standardsFollow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environmentQualifications:Ability to accurately read a tape measurePrevious experience operating pneumatic (air) toolsSteel toe boots requiredAbility to regularly lift 50 poundsAbility to bend, twist, and carry items throughout the shift*This is a drug-free workplace.
