Learn more.\r\nPosition Summary\r\nThe Reporting & Analytics Engineer designs and develops stakeholder-facing analytical applications — including interactive Power BI and HTML/CSS/JavaScript dashboards and data-rich visualizations — applying user experience (UX) design principles such as information architecture, responsive layout, and usability heuristics to maximize clarity across technical and non-technical audiences. This role performs exploratory, diagnostic, and predictive analysis across structured and semi-structured datasets, translates business objectives into measurable KPIs, and communicates findings through data storytelling, narrative-driven briefings, and self-service reporting assets. Will consider candidates with a high school diploma and at least seven (7) years of experience in a reporting, analytics, or business intelligence engineering role.\r\n3–5 years of experience in a reporting, analytics, or business intelligence engineering role.\r\nDemonstrated experience designing and developing interactive dashboards and analytical applications using Power BI and HTML/CSS/JavaScript.\r\nExperience building Power BI semantic models, authoring DAX measures, and configuring row-level security.\r\nBackground in cross-functional collaboration across data engineering, product, and business teams.\r\nPhysical and Mental Demands\r\nUp to 5% travel may be required.\r\nWork normal business hours and extended hours when necessary.\r\nRemain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting, for prolonged periods.\r\nRegular use of office equipment in a remote environment such as a computer/laptop and monitor computer screens.\r\nDexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.\r\nTotal Rewards\r\nThe pay range for this position is $92,918 - $124,645/Yr.\r\nFinal pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity, market data, and the applicant's education, work experience, certifications, etc.\r\nInformation regarding our comprehensive benefits package is availablehere.
