Serving as a Systems Analyst II, being a caregiver starts in the office, where you will focus on assisting with essential project development and fulfilling enterprise objectives. The role supports financial systems with a strong emphasis on Oracle, General Ledger (GL) support, and month-end close activities. Work is heavily focused on accounting, supporting Oracle, GL processes, and Chris Heintel’s team during month-end close. Ideal candidates have a blend of accounting and business knowledge along with technical systems experience.As part of the IT and Cybersecurity team, you will do more than explore and expand your discipline and skills; your work will impact patients across the globe, helping teams stay connected, up to date, and equipped with the groundbreaking tools and technologies that are changing lives.A caregiver in this position works remotely In Ohio from 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m.To be considered for this role, candidates must reside in Ohio for quarterly on-site meetings and additional team-building meetings as needed.A caregiver who excels in this role will:Complete routine support and designated project assignments. Provide input to develop solutions. Assist with project documentation, operational and business objectives, best technology capabilities, task level resource requirements, task plans and general communications. Develop process flow charts and report on project status. Support the development of information system requirements. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:Associate’s Degree in information technology, computer science or a related field and three years of experience in Information Technology with experience in applications development and support, end-user training, or equivalent experience in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this positionOR High School Diploma/GED and five years of experienceOR Bachelor’s Degree and one year of experienceFor Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start datePreferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:Bachelor’s DegreeOracle experienceFinancial systems or system configuration/support experienceAI and automation experience (related to Oracle or financial systems)Accounting/business knowledgeTechnical systems experienceStrong critical thinking skillsPhysical Requirements: Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment. Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.In some locations, ability to move up to 20 lbs.Personal Protective Equipment:Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.Pay RangeMinimum Annual Salary: $63,250.00Maximum Annual Salary: $96,467.50The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
