The Senior Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding market presence across Texas, with planned reach into the broader Midwest territory. This position is built for a proven business development professional with deep experience in clean room and controlled environment markets, particularly within pharmaceutical and regulated industries. The role mirrors a successful paired-territory model already in place, working in tandem with an existing regional sales leader to cover a large, high-opportunity geography.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute a business development strategy focused on Texas, with planned expansion into Midwest marketsLeverage an established book of business within pharmaceutical, clean room, or controlled environment sectorsDrive new client acquisition while expanding and strengthening existing customer relationshipsWork in close partnership with another senior sales leader to ensure coordinated territory coverageEngage senior client stakeholders through consultative, solution-oriented sales conversationsCollaborate with executive leadership to align sales activity with broader revenue objectivesMaintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM disciplineRepresent the organization professionally at client meetings and industry eventsQUALIFICATIONS Proven experience selling into clean room or controlled environment markets is requiredEstablished book of business within pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environmentsDemonstrated ability to generate revenue quickly with minimal onboarding or technical ramp-upStrong consultative sales approach with experience engaging executive-level decision-makersComfortable working independently while collaborating closely with peer sales leadersWillingness to travel regionally as neededExperience navigating competitive markets, including situations involving non-compete considerationsEOE STATEMENTWe are an equal opportunity employer.
