The Android CNO Developer will solve real-time cyber challenges. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working on a mission-focused team that works very closely with our end users.\nResponsibilities:\nDuties include:\nDesign custom software tools and techniques for the Android platform;\nBe responsible for end-to-end design and development of custom software;\nDiagnose and debug issues using both COTS and GOTS tools;\nHave a firm understanding of how networks work;\nDevelop documentation pertinent to operating and supporting developed software and techniques;\nMentor and lead junior-level developers to accomplish mission objectives;\nSolve real-time cyber challenges\nQualifications:\nActive TS/SCI w/ Polygraph\nMinimum of 4 years of experience and a related BS Degree is required. (An additional 6 years of related experience may be substituted for a BS Degree)\nDevelopment, testing and debugging Python and C\nExperience in UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments, mission-applicable platforms.\nProgramming CNO tools and techniques\nNetwork sockets programming and expert packet-level understanding of IP, TCP, and application-level protocols.\nTracing code execution in a debugger (WinDbg/gdb/IDA Pro).\nReverse engineering native binaries.\nDeveloping proof-of-concept exploit software\nKnowledge of Unix kernel internals, including the OS runtime linker/loader, object file formats (e.g., ELF), file system internals (e.g., NTFS, ext2, btrfs), OS-specific mandatory and discretionary access control mechanisms, and process and thread APIs and data structures\nUnderstanding of security protection mechanisms (ASLR, DEP, NX), how to defeat them, and how to detect a defeat\nWorking with version control software such as git, Gitlab, etc.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with native-level mobile development\nExperience with vulnerability analysis\nExperience with assembly, preferably ARM\nUnderstanding of mobile security protection mechanisms, such as SELinux and application sandboxing\nObjective-C, Swift or C++ programming\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing requirements.\nExperience with native-level mobile development.\nExperience with vulnerability analysis\nExperience with assembly, preferably ARM\nUnderstanding of mobile security protection mechanisms, such as SELinux and application sandboxing\nObjective-C, Swift or C++ programming\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing requirements.\nBS Degree in Computer Science is also highly desired.\nSalary Range: USD $130,000.00 - USD $250,000.00 /Yr.\n\nThe Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
