This is a high-impact position where you will bridge the gap between complex requirements and mission-critical hardware and software solutions.The Role Drive systems engineering efforts across new development and sustainment programs for advanced aircraft and weapon systems. Define and manage system requirements, interfaces, and verification criteria using industry-standard tools like DOORS. Implement Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies using SysML-compatible tools such as Cameo or MSOSA. Conduct critical analyses for system health, human factors, reliability, and survivability to ensure mission success. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams through technical program reviews, tracking risks, opportunities, and technology readiness.What You'll Need 2+ years of professional engineering experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or similar). Hands-on experience with Systems Engineering processes: functional decomposition, requirements development, and Validation & Verification (V&V). Proficiency with technical tools and languages such as Python, C++, C#, JavaScript, or Azure DevOps. Background in aerospace, mission systems, or military safety-critical hardware/software certification is highly desired.
