Join to apply for the Email Technical Strategist role at CrucialPointCrucialPoint is seeking an experienced Email Technical Strategist to lead the technical execution of sophisticated email, push, and in-app messaging campaigns.ResponsibilitiesArchitect and execute customer lifecycle campaigns across Braze (email, SMS, in-app, and push)Develop and manage data integrations between Braze and client CRMs, CDPs, or analytics toolsDesign complex user journeys using Liquid logic, segmentation, and event triggersCollaborate with strategists and creatives to translate campaign ideas into technically sound executionsEnsure deliverability best practices, including IP warming, domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and list hygieneAnalyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights to optimize engagement and conversionStay current on all product updates, integrations, and emerging marketing technology trendsQualificationsMust have 2+ years of experience working with Braze3+ years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing, preferably in an agency environmentProven experience with Braze Canvas, Liquid scripting, and advanced segmentation logicUnderstanding of data flows and APIs between marketing platforms and CRMsExperience with A/B testing, deliverability optimization, and analytics dashboardsStrong problem-solving and documentation skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and creative teamsPreferred SkillsFamiliarity with other ESPs or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, SFMC, Eloqua)Moderate understanding of SQL for audience queriesSuccess MetricsCampaigns are launched on time and meet performance goalsData integrations function seamlessly between systemsHigh deliverability and engagement rates across campaignsPositive collaboration feedback from internal and client teamsAbout CrucialPoint AgencyCrucialPoint Agency is a full-service retention marketing agency that specializes in creating effective retention programs, including email, SMS, push, loyalty, and lifecycle campaigns.
