This includes overseeing Associate Learning and Development, Leadership Development, High-Performance Team Development, and ongoing Organizational Effectiveness Assessments. Position will play a crucial role coordinating with AEN CoE's, ESO and field partners to deploy Enterprise programs and TPM People Pillar systems. Responsible to build and maintain positive relationships with factory associates and union representatives, when required, addressing and resolving, on an exception basis associate concerns, conflicts, and grievances in collaboration with Ops Excellence CoE.\r\nKey Accountabilities And Outcomes Associate Learning and Development\r\nCollaborate with subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and create targeted training programs.\r\nUtilize defined learning methodologies and technologies to enhance the effectiveness of learning initiatives.\r\nMonitor and evaluate the impact of learning programs on individual and organizational performance.\r\nLeadership Development\r\nImplement leadership development programs to cultivate a pipeline of capable leaders.\r\nProvide coaching and mentoring support to leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.\r\nEvaluate CoE development programs and adjust strategies to meet evolving site needs.\r\nHigh-Performance Team Development:\r\nFacilitate the creation and development of high-performance teams within the manufacturing site.\r\nImplement team-building activities, workshops, and interventions to enhance collaboration and productivity.\r\nMonitor team dynamics and provide guidance to resolve conflicts and improve team effectiveness.\r\nEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track team performance over time.\r\nOrganizational Effectiveness Assessment: (ODM)\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes.\r\nAnalyze data and metrics to provide insights into organizational health and recommend interventions as needed.\r\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.\r\nPillar Board Development\r\nEstablish and lead a Pillar Board comprising key stakeholders from various functions.\r\nCollaborate with the Pillar Board Owner to define strategic objectives, goals, and key performance indicators for each pillar.\r\nRegularly report progress and updates to the overall leadership team.\r\nEstablish and maintain robust governance structures for each pillar, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.\r\nRegularly engage with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to align pillar activities with overall business objectives.\r\nAdhere to and promote ethical and compliance standards in all aspects of pillar management\r\nAssociate Relations, Policy Adherence\r\nAddress and resolve associate concerns, conflicts, and grievances as required or escalated from Operations Excellence CoE\r\nEnsure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.\r\nProvide guidance and collaborate with steering team, AEN CoE's and management on HR-related regulations.\r\nOther duties as assigned\r\nKnowledge, Skills, And Experience Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.\r\nProven experience in HR leadership roles with a focus on learning and development, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.\r\nStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges.\r\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\r\nDemonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.\r\nThis role requires a dynamic individual who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, driving continuous improvement and contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing site.\r\nCompensation In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates (\"Rich's\"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
