Making our MRO solutions and process smarter also help to optimize the use resources, which helps to reduce wastage, operating costs and our carbon footprint.\n\nEnsure that all guard posts are manned and has the required equipment.\nReview Daily Activity reports from all guard posts and note any information that needs to be recorded and submitted to Security Supervisor or Director, Facilities and Stores for review.\nStrong ability to manage teams, drive results, and foster a positive work environment\nNotify the alarm monitoring company when maintenance is being performed/notify insurance company of alarm being place on test.\nSubmit weekly guard schedules to Security Supervisor/Director, Facilities and Stores.\nEnsure all Security Bulletins (TSA and Airport) are posted per City Ordinances and Airport Security requirements.\nNotify Security Supervisor/Director, Facilities and Stores for any/all incidents involving Fire/EMS/Police on VT-SAA property.\nSecurity Leads will control vehicle and pedestrian access to VT San Antonio Aerospace, Inc. premises.\nSecurity Leads can/may conduct random searches (Supervisor/Manager must be present) of incoming and exiting vehicles when authorized by Director, Facilities and Stores.\nEnsures all employees and customers have proper ID (VTSAA/SAT badges).\nProtect and prevent unauthorized removal of company property by assisting guards checking bags/backpacks.\nMonitor/review video surveillance equipment and report any violations.\n\nWhat YOU need:\nHigh School diploma or GED required.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, managing teams in a security industry\n\nYOU get more than Just compensation with ST Engineering:\n401K with company match\nMedical/Dental/Vision Insurance\nDisability\nPTO\nLife and Accidental Death Insurance\nDevelopment and Career Growth Opportunities\n\nIt takes diverse talent to solve real-world problems.
