What You’ll Do
Build meaningful, long-term relationships with residents while helping them stay strong, mobile, and confident in their daily lives
Practice in an environment that prioritizes quality over volume, without assembly-line scheduling
Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
Partner with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff to clearly communicate therapy goals and outcomes
Work as part of a larger therapy team, with many colleagues to reach out to for support, collaboration, and shared ideas — including us
Bring professionalism, compassion, and kindness to every interaction
What You’ll Bring
A degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance from an accredited program
An active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing
A genuine passion for working with older adults
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
A positive, team-oriented approach to patient care
