We say, “We Lift Lives”.\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Material Handler to join our growing Team!\nAchieve the daily scheduled production.\nMaintain a neat and orderly work environment.\nReport component part shortages to Supply Chain and Production Manager as soon as they are detected.\nAssess adequacy of component part stocking levels.\nParticipate in the coordination of the flow of products throughout the manufacturing process.\nMotivating team members to harness their potentials and work harder for the execution of projects.\nSafety:\nReport any unsafe conditions to the Material Supervisor, Production Manager or Director.\nReport any incidents to Material Supervisor or Production Manager.\nWork to correct unsafe conditions upon detection.\nFollow all company safety regulations of job.\nFollow all company safety regulations\nQuality:\nTo follow all applicable quality standards are rigorously applied and adhered to.\nTo produce high quality products.\nInspect, audit and verify the quality of manufactured products.\nMaintain high levels of personal quality while manufacturing products.\nImmediately report any product or system quality deficiencies to the Production Manager and the Quality Engineer.\nRequirements:\nJob Requirements\nAble to work in a fast-paced environment.\nMust be able to pass a background and drug screen (including THC).\nRead pick list (English) and pull parts, verifying the accuracy of count to maintain inventory integrity.\nAbility to lift up to 70 pounds to pack, build and ship pallets.\nPack product into boxes getting them ready to ship.\nPull product off the line, build and stack on the pallets.\nCleaning up of the warehouse floor and throwing away trash and cardboard throughout the day.\nUse handheld scan gun for inventory transfers to maintain inventory integrity.\nAble to use a pallet jack.\nCertified in forklift or willingness to get certified (this is not a forklift only position >10%).\nWork in a Team environment to achieve Harmar's safety goals.\nAlert purchasing agent of missing stock or stock outage.\nExperience with a warehouse scanner.\nHands-on computer experience.\nExperience using power tools.\nOther job duties as assigned.\nWork Environment:\nNon-climate-controlled warehouse.\nStand 10 hours a day.\nEducation:\nGED\nHours/Pay:\nThis is an hourly position - $18.00\nMonday - Thursday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm with up to two mandatory overtime Fridays per month.\nGreat Benefits:\nMedical, FSA, HSA, Dental, Vision, Maternity/Paternity Leave, STD, LTD, Hospital, Accident, and Critical Insurance after 60 days of full-time employment\nHarmar offers $50,000 Life Insurance first day of employment\n401(k) matching after 6 months of full-time employment\nPaid Vacation time (80 hours) and Sick/Personal time after 90 days of full-time employment\nEight Paid Holidays and one Floating Holiday\nFitness and PPE Reimbursement\nAnnual Merit Increases and Bonus Potential in December\nHarmar Core Values, these are important to us!:\nTeam Players –We lean on each other, are dependable and trustworthy.\nGet stuff Done – We finish the job and possess a strong work ethic\nCan-Do Attitude – A spirit of positivity and flexibility.
