Apply now and be a part of our mission to support the world's greatest business jets!\r\nPRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):\r\n\r\nInterface with management information systems (MIS) and business stakeholders to administer Corridor and maximize the functionality of the application\r\nInterface with financial and quality stakeholders to ensure regulatory and business requirements and controls are in place and function as intended\r\nMonitor all corridor outputs per stakeholder requirements, ensuring data integrity\r\nImplement and test system software updates/enhancements\r\nPerform, coordinate and test routine system maintenance and data imports/exports\r\nProvide direct functional and technical support for Corridor users across the DFJ/MRO network\r\nTrains technicians, planners, project managers, and new hires on appropriate use of Corridor and related MRO workflows.\r\nInterface with Corridor to provide and receive application specific feedback to support continuous improvement of the Corridor platform\r\nAssist with internal communication and notification for Corridor system outages\r\n\r\nMINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\r\n\r\nBachelor's degree in management information systems, Information Technology; equivalent experience managing or administering enterprise operating systems in an aviation/MRO environment may be considered\r\nDirect experience administering ERP Software or Corridor\r\nDirect experience with SAP and Crystal Reports\r\nHigh degree of proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications\r\nAviation experience\r\n\r\nADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS\r\n\r\nProficiency and understanding of reporting systems such Power Bl, Crystal Report or similar\r\nStrong understanding of aviation maintenance-tracking or MRO software systems\r\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including MRO Sales, MRO Operations, MIS and\r\nCustomer Service and external partners and vendors.\r\nAbility to communicate in French or Spanish is a plus\r\n\r\nNON-PRINCIPALDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):\r\nAssigned as necessary\r\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT\r\n\r\nOffice environment\r\nOccasional travel domestic and internationally\r\nOccasional weekend coverage to assist customers\r\n\r\nCompensation and Benefits\r\nThe compensation for this position typically falls between $110,000 and $125,000 per year. This position is not eligible for overtime.
