DSD Driver/Sales Bilingual, Korean & English

The DSD Driver/Sales Representative, Bilingual English/Korean - Pennsauken Territory (Company Vehicle) is responsible for developing and growing retail accounts throughout Pennsauken, New Jersey. This role combines outside sales, customer relationship management, and local product delivery.The position is based in the Pennsauken, New Jerseyarea and requires a weekly commute to our New Jersey facility (once per week only). All remaining workdays are spent servicing and growing the Pennsauken customer territory.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business and grow existing customer relationships throughout Pennsauken areaIncrease sales by promoting products and introducing new offerings to retail customersSafely operate a company-provided vehicle to deliver products along assigned Pennsauken routesDeliver, unload, and merchandise products at customer locationsFollow established routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveriesLoad orders into the system the day prior to deliveryCollect payments (cash/check) and complete end-of-day reportingAccurately record sales and delivery information using a company tablet and handheld printerMaintain daily driver logs and comply with all safety requirementsQualificationsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordSales experience required (food industry experience strongly preferred)Previous route sales or route driving experience preferredAbility to operate a 16-foot truckAbility to lift and carry up to 40 lbsStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based roleMUST be Bilingual English/Korean
