{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"cefbb22c174de31da1725cea","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/cefbb22c174de31da1725cea","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/cefbb22c174de31da1725cea","title":"Clean Room Assembler - 1st Shift","description":"Volt is hiring Clean Room Assemblers for a busy manufacturing facility in Camarillo, CA.\n\nIf you have assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we want to hear from you!\n\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\n\nMaintain a sterile environment by following CGMP guidelines and clean room procedures.\nMeasure, cut, position, and align tubing and small components for assembly.\nClean work surfaces and equipment using alcohol and bleach solutions.\nUtilize hand tools such as cable guns, tubing spreaders, bag sealers, tubing cutters, and other assembly equipment.\nRead and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, work instructions, diagrams, and technical documentation.\nDetermine the sequence of assembly and complete products according to specifications.\nFollow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety regulations.\nComplete required production documentation, including batch and lot records.\nInspect, clean, and verify components and finished assemblies.\nReport defects, malfunctions, or production issues to supervisors.\nMeet daily production and quality goals.\nWork collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\n\nPrevious manufacturing or assembly experience required.\nAbility to read and understand technical documents, mechanical drawings, blueprints, and Bills of Material (BOMs).\nStrong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment.\nStrong communication and documentation skills.\nAbility to follow directions and seek clarification when needed.\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\n\nHourly Pay: $21.00/Hour\n\nSchedule: 1st shift schedules\n\n5:00 AM - 1:30 PM\n5:30 AM - 2:00 PM\n6:00 AM - 2:30 PM\n\n*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.\n\nQualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
