On site days will be Cincinnati, OH.\r\nThe Full Stack Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining secure software applications that support mission-critical government and commercial programs. This role contributes across the entire software development lifecycle, building both front-end and back-end solutions.\r\nThe ideal candidate is comfortable working in an Agile environment, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and is passionate about building secure, scalable, and maintainable software.\r\nRequirements\r\nDuties/Responsibilities:\r\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain full-stack software applications.\r\nDevelop responsive user interfaces and backend services.\r\nBuild and maintain secure RESTful APIs.\r\nWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code.\r\nParticipate in software architecture and design discussions.\r\nPerform unit, integration, and system testing.\r\nParticipate in peer code reviews and implement feedback.\r\nTroubleshoot software defects and resolve production issues.\r\nInterpret customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.\r\nSupport software deployments and continuous improvement initiatives.\r\nMaintain technical documentation related to software design and implementation.\r\nSkills\r\nProficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.\r\nExperience developing RESTful APIs.\r\nExperience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.\r\nFamiliarity with Git or other version control systems.\r\nUnderstanding of software development best practices and Agile methodologies.\r\nFamiliarity with Linux operating systems.\r\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\r\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\r\nEducation & Experience\r\nActive Secret or Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility. A Polygraph is not required to be eligible for this position.
