They should also use agile development and user experience design methods for all new and\nexisting sites and tools (e.g., workflow management tools, product collaboration tools, data collection tools) to support product initiation, requirements refinement, human-centered research and design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, bug fixes, and enhancement.\nReasonable for Continuous Improvement of new and existing products by conducting continual enhancements, bug fixes, monitoring, testing and evaluation, analytics, and support activities. Understand and facilitate Integration efforts including SharePoint and other web-based platforms to meet organizational and user needs (e.g., Open Text Content Server (formerly known as Livelink)). Platform functionalities are based on customer requirements and needs with features such as but not limited to custom-designed user interfaces, automation, forms, surveys, databases, data architecture, data\nvisualization, interactive interaction, and other functionalities developed using standard web.\nAdditional Responsibilities:\nSharePoint Concept of Operations (CONOPS): Develop and deliver an SSC/PK SharePoint CONOPS not later than 45 calendar days after contract award.\nSharePoint Site Map: Develop and deliver a complete SharePoint Site Map not later than 90 calendar days after contract award. The Site Map must identify all SharePoint sub-sites and Site Owners. Upon Government acceptance, they shall maintain the Site Map and list of Site Owners on SharePoint site and ensure it is reviewed and updated at least quarterly. They must also be able to provide information, analysis, and recommendations for the effective alignment of portfolio acquisitions, manpower, and funding for management and integration of the portfolio.\nSharePoint Modernization Plan: Able to act perform SharePoint modernization, including removing outdated or unused pages, updating content for currently, design revisions and enhancing the overall user interface.\nSharePoint Site Management: Perform the responsibilities of the SCA. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Designing and maintaining features and templates for SharePoint site and top-level sub-sites; Providing uniform site design parameters for sub-sites; Securing information and control access to SSC/PK SharePoint site; Developing and maintaining the SSC/PK SharePoint sites to support Site Owners; Delivering SharePoint training to Site Owners and Knowledge Owners as needed to ensure effective management of the SSC/PK SharePoint sites; Ensuring compliance with DoD, DAF, and SSC policy; Running usage reports to facilitate site updates and enhancements; Recommending SSC/PK SharePoint site enhancements based on usage reports and user feedback.\nJob Requirements\nMinimum Education & Certification(s): BA/BS Degree Required\nMinimum Yrs.
