Therapy - PT

Physical TherapistScreen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and provide therapy services to inpatients and outpatients referred by a licensed physician. Demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development in the treatment of patients ranging from pediatric to adult. Coordinate and communicate activities with the health care team and the patient. Provide appropriate patient-related documentation, including quality assessment. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. Relocation and/or sign-on bonuses may be offered for qualified candidates.
