Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service.\nRespond promptly and courteously to any requests.\nProvide proactive beverage refills.\nPrepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, and process through the POS system or pat at the table system.\nBe ready and willing to assist fellow servers before they ask.\nExpresses appreciation to the guests, for their visit and invite them to return.\nAttends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.\nNotify the manager-on-duty any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience.\nCovers other servers duties while on break as requested by MOD and in accordance with rotation.\nParticipates in scheduled catering events as required.\nPerforms other duties as assigned by a supervisor.\n\nJob Requirements:\n\nPrevious server experience in restaurant or hospitality sector required or minimum six months experience working for any of our restaurants as a host, busser or other similar guest interfacing position.
